Alabama Riot (Cocktail)
2 oz. Southern Comfort
1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1 oz. Vodka
8 oz. Fruit Punch
1 oz Lime Juice
Pour Fruit Punch into a large glass filled with ice. Add Southern Comfort, peppermint schnapps and vodka. Stir and top with lime juice.

So here is a link with recipes for grasshoppers which use reme de menthe. I favor the ones made with ice cream.
