We’ve had 10 days of illness in our family and have found ourselves scrambling to get ready for Christmas. Rule #1, if it’s two weeks before Christmas and you’re not feeling well DO NOT agree to take your son to Cub Camp up the local mountain. This little trek left me with Bronchitis, Brody with an even worse cold and then poor Briana (who didn’t even go) was hit with double ear infections. Rod was the only one that was able to avoid the bulk of the bugs.
Now that I’m two weeks further behind than normal, something has to give. I’ve had to resign myself to the fact that I will not get the family photo and letter in the mail this year. Most of you are going to receive an email (I know, horrors!), photo and family update. This is actually the photo I wanted to send but figured I better stick with the more traditional photo. Let me know which one you like better.

I think this photo in the mail would have made me bust a gut at first look! Would have been a great idea. Hope all the bugs have left your abode…Merry Christmas to you all!
