1 splash 151 Rum

Layer ingredients in a shot glass in the listed order. Ignite 151 briefly, blow out and shoot (we do not recommend playing with fire under the influence of alcohol).

1 part Cranberry Vodka (we used Raspberry ’cause we didn’t have Cranberry in our neck of the woods)
1 part Red Bull
1 cube of ice.

Mix ingredients. Pour over a single cube of ice in a small glass. Drink like a shot and throw away the ice.

Just in case you were wondering “Hey Spa People, where are you?” I thought I would touch base and give you a quick update!  We’ve been a little busy with walking, holidays and cool people coming to visit us!  We promise, we’ll be podcasting soon and filling you in on all of our latest escapades but in the meantime, if you need a fix, we recorded a show up at the cabin with some fellow podcasters who braved the Canadian wilderness (and the inhabitants).

Shelly and Fabulous Frank of Shelly’s Podcast fame came to the Pacific Northwest for a vacation and lucky for us, spent some of it with us.  If you’d like to know what we were up to at our cabin on Pitt Lake you can tune in to Shelly’s latest episode 199!
